Optional shipping insurance that can be added at check-out. This only protects the orders from damages that occur DURING the shipping process and/or packages that are lost during transit. This does not protect your package from mailbox or porch theft.
TO ACTIVATE, HIT THE SHIPPING PROTECTION BUTTON IN THE CART AT CHECK-OUT. The price will be based on the total price of all items in your cart (this does not include any digital items or items that don’t require shipping).
Please note shipping providers no longer provide free insurance for packages under $100. If you do not purchase insurance and something happens to your package, we will not issue a refund.
If a claim needs to be filed for a package due to damage or loss, you will not get a refund until after the claim has been processed by the postal carrier and only IF they decide to cover the claim.
