For under bed notch you will need small shocks QA1 Or Belltech Nitro Drop Shocks
Kits includes: Under Bed Notch, upper tabs, lower shock mounts, axles brackets, (your choice of bolts/hardware), 1 crossabar
Crossbar: is one straight bar.
